Today, I tried to make up a recipe for a quick, easy and delicious bean soup using Great Northern canned beans.  I accomplished the quick and easy (even achieved good-looking), but lacked a bit in the “delicious”.   It wasn’t bad, just not delicious. I thought I’d post the recipe and ask for any suggestions on turning this “ok” soup into a winner!  Please let me know your suggestions for improvement and I will try it again. Crisscrossing the Country with Foodshows

Spring 2010 is a very busy time for foodshows. Integrative Flavors participated in 3 foodshows in one week while crisscrossing the country. The first stop was the Expo West show in Anaheim, CA. The focus of this show is Natural Products. Since we feature many natural products, we decided to walk this show to get an idea about what is new for 2010. Research Chefs Association Phoenix 2010

This year’s RCA Annual Expo was this weekend in Phoenix, AZ. Integrative Flavors exhibited our line of Cook’s Delight soup bases featuring our newest line of Bacon Bases.  Included in this line are Bacon Base, Vegan Bacon Base and No MSG Bacon Flavor Base. Integrative Flavors has 2 big weeks of food shows in March. Brian and Aidan are out in Boston with Joe Jolly from Plenus Group, a customer for over 20 years.
